This Fit Test will help you understand whether you're aligned with the kind of growth my proven Life Transformation coaching supports. My coaching helps individuals find solutions to difficult questions and situations in life while providing objective feedback. The Certified Life Transformation Coach NK facilitates your journey of achieving goals and thus helps in transforming life for better.

However, not all can benefit from my Life Transformation coaching. Therefore, here’s a simple and easy test to check whether you will be able to gain significant benefits by enrolling for my Life Transformation coaching services.

This Fit test contains 40 statements that you need to rate on scaleof 1 to 5, with 5 being “Strongly Agree” and 1 being “Strongly Disagree”.

You can be assured to answer freely as there are no right or wrong answers. Please put the first rating that comes to your mind immediately upon reading the Statement without pondering over too much.

This score indicates that you are not ready for my Life Transformation coaching sessions at this point in time. You may not be looking for further positive changes in your life as of now and therefore, feel that you will not gain out of our coaching sessions in near future. It is quite possible that you are not naturally inclined towards self-improvement or exploring newer ways and perspectives in life. It is also remotely possible that you're not determined enough in taking up challenges and effecting changes in life and therefore do not want to take chances. As a Certified Life Transformation Coach, I could help you develop these areas and make changes in life. It is highly probable that you would need more support and attention from the Coach on motivation and goal setting. It would help you to explore more with the coach to learn how these sessions would help you effect positive changes and thereby transform your life.
